Description of Service
Privcal is a macOS application that helps you share calendar availability across multiple calendars while preserving the privacy of your event details. The service reads your local calendar data, processes it on your device, and publishes anonymized availability to your destination calendar.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
- You must have authorization to access the calendars you connect to Privcal
- You agree not to use Privcal for any unlawful purpose
Third-Party Services
Privcal integrates with Google Calendar. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Privcal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Privcal.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Privcal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
